Health and Safety Policy
Truflame Limited is committed to provide safe and healthy working conditions for the prevention of work-related injury and ill-health, so far as is reasonably practicable, and will provide suitable and sufficient information, instruction, training, and supervision. We also fully accept our responsibility for other persons who may be affected by our activities.
It is the policy of Truflame Ltd, as far as is reasonably practicable, we are committed to:
- Fulfil legal requirements and other requirements
- Eliminating hazards and reduce OH&S risks
- Continual improvement of our OH&S management system
- Consultation and participation of workers, and, where they exist, workers’ representatives
Competent people will be appointed to assist us in meeting our statutory duties including, where appropriate, an external resource.
Employees have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of their own health & safety, and for the safety of other people who may be affected by their acts or omissions.
The company will establish OH&S objectives which will be measured, monitored, communicated, and updated as appropriate.
The health and safety policy will be regularly reviewed and, if necessary, revised in the light of legislative or organisational changes.
This policy is approved by the undersigned and will be made available to all interested parties.
